SHIPPING IN LITHUANIA
Your order is transferred to production immediately after payment of your order. The production of sweaters from the first stitch to packaging takes 5 working days. The production of accessories takes 3-4 working days.
In Lithuania, we send orders by courier with direct delivery to your home or to the post machine of your choice. Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Free delivery in Lithuania from 80 euros.
SHIPPING ABROAD
We send orders to the EU and other countries by registered priority mail or by courier with direct home delivery service. Delivery in EU countries takes 5-10 working days, in other countries – 10-16 working days.
We ship from Lithuania (EU), therefore additional customs/import taxes may apply when shipping outside the European Union (EU). Please contact your country’s customs office for more information.
RETURNS
You can return the purchased product within 14 days of its delivery date.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product you are returning must be unworn and undamaged, complete with all tags and packaging.
