The initial purchase interaction was less than I’d hopes for. The hand-made sweater was evidently already too far knit to alter its sizing. In the store’s defense, I went ahead and ordered from their drop-down and then sent a message to the shop. Based on the response I received, I should have asked for a refund/cancelation then.
Shipping from Europe was awesome.
After receiving the way too small sweater, I sent a fairly miffed message & was replied to neutrally & professionally. The refund came after I returned the sweater to a residence just outside of Chicago, which made it fairly quick & stressless.
Just make sure the measurements of what you’re ordering will work for you, or wait for a response to your inquiry before purchasing like I did. Then I think everything will work out well for you. 🙃👍
This is the second sweater I ordered from WoolHouse. I ordered it right after receiving my first sweater, as I was so pleased with that sweater. They are beautifully made, fit perfectly, and arrive quickly. The wool that is used is very soft. Lina takes dimensions so the sweater is made for the customer. Lina is responsive and very nice to work with. I look forward to purchasing from this shop again.
I’m super happy with the jacket. It fits perfectly and the knitting is flawless. The wool is soft and thick. The perfect companion for cold winter days. Would buy again.
