Yesterday, my beautiful sweater/hoodie came in the mail. I am truly OBSESSED with it. I can see it was truly made with so much love. All the details that went in on it just blows me away. I cannot say enough about this sweater. It’s so soft, fits me a little lose like the model in the photo. The zipper doesn’t get stuck, it glides nicely. Love the colors! Wer normale Standardgrößen hat, bekommt eine wunderschöne Jacke.
Wer die Maße, wie angeboten, ändern möchte, wird enttäuscht sein. Meine Maße habe ich beim Kauf angegeben. Bin nur 162cm groß, wollte ich die Jacke kürzer haben.Die Maße habe ich nach ihrer Zeichnung mit H=cm angegeben.
Die Jacke kam, und sie war viel zu lang, es war nichts geändert worden.🫤
Reklamation von mir. Rückenlänge hätte sie nicht verstanden (?). Nach mehrmaligen Austausch von Emails, sollte ich die Jacke zurückschicken, sie würde sie ändern. Wieder einige Emails, wollte sie auch das Porto von 14,50€ übernehmen.Ich habe die Jacke verschickt und bekam die Nachricht, was sie jetzt machen soll und ob ich das Geld zurück wollte. Ich hatte keine Lust mehr.☹️Die Rücküberweisung kam zügig, ohne die 14,50€ Porto. Zwar freundliche Antworten, aber ohne Jacke.😳
You can tell that the jacket is of high quality. Comes in a bag to protect it. Fits my size perfectly. I chose L (I am 173 cm tall and weigh 76 kg.) Thank you very much for everything!
A beautiful sweater from WoolHouse, as always. I first discovered them while on a trip to Estonia where I purchased a wonderful sweater coat, and have purchased a couple more online since. This one is no exception and I am looking forward to wearing it for years to come. Sizing is spot on, but if you have larger hips you may want to send that measurement because it is longer. Also wanted to note that the hood is pointed, just in case someone is particular about that kind of thing. Thanks again!
